F1 mini Goldendoodle is the first-generation mix of a purebred Poodle and a purebred Golden Retriever. These hybrid dogs are 50% Golden Retriever and 50% Poodle. F1b mini Goldendoodle is the backcrossed first-generation mix Retriever or a Poodle. There are greater chances of backcross breeding with a Poodle. These canines are 25% Golden Retriever and 75% Poodle. This percentage shows a greater genetic contribution of Poodles in F1b mini Goldendoodle. The word “mini” in their name shows their small size. The size of the parent breeds is the main factor that affects the size of a mixed dog.
